These Peach Muffins are stuffed with chunks of yummy peach items. It’s the very best breakfast or snack!
Who doesn’t love an excellent muffin? For breakfast or lunch or dessert?
Here are just a few of my favorites:
Apple Carrot Muffins, Banana Streusel Muffins and Fudgy Avocado Muffins. YUM.
I used to hate breakfast. I feel it was largely the considered making ready one thing as quickly as I awakened that killed the dream for me.
Then I spotted that peach muffins are simple to make and you’ll refrigerate them or freeze them for later.
So simple peasy. So many choices.
These muffins are wonderful. They’re delicate and moist, and the peach taste is superior. Every time I make them, I lick the batter from the bowl. Literally.
Note: You can substitute applesauce rather than the coconut oil/butter and when you’re not an enormous peach fan, use berries rather than the peaches. My boys and husband love these and I hope you’ll too! They’re the right breakfast or deal with!

Servings: 12 muffins
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 levels F. Grease cupcake pan or line with paper liners.

Combine egg, butter (or applesauce), sugar, salt, cinnamon, lemon juice and vanilla in a big mixing bowl.

Mix flour and baking powder in a small bowl. Alternate including in flour combination and milk to massive mixing bowl, stirring till simply blended. Fold in peaches.

Bake for 18-20 minutes in preheated oven. Yummy when heat, take pleasure in!!
