Easy and ideal for a lightweight summer time dinner. I needed to resort to baking as its too scorching for grilling right here, but it surely didn’t disappoint. As metropolis folks, we *by no means* get to grill, so it was an enormous deal that we had been trying ahead to. AK didn’t disappoint!
