How to Make Perfect Pancakes

  • 2 ¼ cups (320 g) all-goal flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ⅔ cup (400 g) milk
  • 4 tablespoons (57 g) butter, melted
  • 2 massive (100 g) eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
